Terms and Conditions

Booking a Property is very different from booking a regular hotel room, especially with regard to payments and cancellations. Please do not just tick the box to accept these terms and conditions ( as we all typically do! ) – do please read the following conditions carefully.

Tentative Confirmation
On receipt of the reservation inquiry form, we will contact you and provide you with a confirmation of availability, villa rate, and the amount of deposit required ( 50% of total rental ).

Period of Occupancy :
The villa will be available for occupancy after 2.00pm on the day of arrival; check-out time is 12:00 noon. Villas used from 12:00pm to 6:00pm on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the published rate and will be subject to availability.

Reservation Confirmation
To confirm your reservation, you will need to forward a Bank Transfer for the deposit amount requested to our Indonesian bank account. When your deposit arrives in the bank account your reservation will be confirmed. Please advise us by email after your transfer has been made. We will then send you a written confirmation note. Reservations are handled on “first come, first serve” basis.

Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable, unless agreed upon by the villa owner on a special case by case basis. The balance of rental payment is due 14 days before your scheduled arrivals date which once received is also non-refundable unless agreed by the owner.

Minimum Stays and Rental Rates
We have minimum stay requirement at Villa Marton of 4 nights in low season, 4 nights high season &  5 nights in peak season. Rental rates vary according to the season and are subject to change without notice.

Insurance
We strongly recommend you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for your visit against illness, incl. evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.

Responsibility
Please be advised we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Villa Marton, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.

PLEASE NOTE : Villa Marton will be completed mid-August 17. After final detailing & testing, the villa will be available for rent from mid-December 17. All villa images on this website are professional 3D renders showing a representation of expected finishes, furnishings & landscaping. Subject to availability of actual finishes, furnishings & landscaping, actual items may vary in some cases. All 3D renders will be replaced by actual photographs in late September or early October 17.
